August was definitely a weird reading month for me. Overall, I had a slow start, but I mostly finished strong with 4 full length novels and 2 novellas altogether as well as, unfortunately, 1 DNF (did not finish). April was an interesting month! From traveling to and fro, starting fertility treatments, and feeling a little slumpy and stretched thin generally to finding joy in baking and season 2 of Bridgerton, I feel like I barely read a wink! But I'm currently still obsessing over the world of Daughter of Smoke and Bone (through book 2!) and these 4 rom-coms tooootally pulled me through my slumpiness and brought me so much joy!
