A Gift Guide For Bookworms

A Holiday Gift Guide For Bookworms

This blog was originally published in 2020, but has been updated for 2021!

Howwwww in the world is it already time to think about gift giving?! This has been a rollercoaster and whirlwind of year, but I’ve absolutely been living for dishing out and receiving Random Acts Of Kindness. It’s been something that I’ve cherished and latched onto through these unusual times and I hope you’ve been able to find comfort in the same or something similar! So while this year and the holidays may look very different than normal, let’s not forget the sentiment and nostalgia of the season - showing love and kindness, near and far through acts of service and thoughtfulness, and essentially the giving and receiving of gifts in whatever form that may look like for you (<< can you tell these might be my top love languages???)!

And by now you’ve probably noticed that I’m somewhat of a bookworm! Books and all of their accompaniments including book merch, shelf organization, reading enhancements and more, are some of the few things I cherish the most. And with the holidays coming up, I thought what better way to showcase some of my favorites than through a holiday gift guide! Specifically tailored for that bookworm in your life - you know who I mean!!

6 // Planners

Because we bookworms love to keep all kinds of book related lists and plan out and keep track of all things book related, be it TBR (to be read) or WTR (want to read) books, monthly reading wrap ups, or what we still need to review (and so much more). Your fellow book lover with LOVE these planner ideas.

An annual planner JUST for bookworms! This planner is amazing. I’m anxiously awaiting my 2021 planner and I can’t wait. Supplies are limited, but this shop loves to release companion journals and notebooks as well as other great bookworm things throughout the year!

bullet journals

For the more creative soul, get them a bullet journal so they can lay out their planner exactly how they want!

7 // Book Box Subscriptions

Gift them a book box subscription for a certain number of months! I did this for my mom for Mother’s Day with Book of the Month and it was so fun to read with her and do mini book exchanges together.

Hey friend!

I’m Leah. Cozy connoisseur and bountiful book buyer. I have a minor obsession with getting lost in the pages of a good book, guzzling coffee, and thriving at home. Yoga pants, wine, and essential oils are also my jam. I'm truly just a homebody at heart with a knack for content creation, flatlays & cozy shots. This is my creative space.
